I’m Bahit Hamid, an engineer and educator based in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
I currently work at Politeknik Brunei as an education officer and facilitator, where I teach and support the systems that keep the place running. Before that, I ran a small web design practice — “Bahit Designs”, from 2013 to 2018 — building sites and CMS platforms for local organizations; some of that work survives on the projects page.
I write most of my software in PHP and Laravel, and I’ve been enjoying the current wave of AI tooling — wiring models into the boring parts of my workflow.
